Return Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If merchandise needs to be returned, it must have a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Merchandise cannot be returned without prior approval.
Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of original receipt of goods. All returns must be in saleable condition.
If the merchandise is being returned as a result of customer error, there may be a restocking fee of 15% - 20%, as determined by the manufacturer or supplier. Also, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to return the item(s).
Custom rope lengths, rope assemblies and custom lengths of cable, wire rope, and chain are not returnable.
